EZ Fit Osstem Compatible Colored Titanium Abutment Screws are engineered for precision and reliability in implant-supported restorations. Designed to fit Osstem systems, these abutment screws offer excellent retention and stability while ensuring retrievability. Made from Ti-6Al-4V ELI medical-grade titanium, they deliver exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. Available in Mini (EZ-031A) and Regular (EZ-032A) sizes, both feature a 1.2 mm hex drive. The Mini screw measures 10.24 mm with M1.6 diameter, and the Regular screw measures 8.2 mm with M2.0 diameter. Each screw undergoes 150% torque testing to guarantee performance under functional load. Their color-coded design enhances visibility and identification during procedures. With a recommended torque of 30–35 Ncm, they ensure secure, long-lasting prosthetic fixation in diverse clinical situations.
